The primary goal was to improve user engagement and drive business growth by effectively communicating the school's mission and improving user experience. My responsibilities included creating a persona for the primary user, developing the information architecture, and laying the foundation for the prototypes. The project plan included revamping the website's content, simplifying navigation, creating clear calls-to-action, and implementing user testing to ensure a seamless user experience.

The problem

Hoa Mai's website is failing to effectively communicate its mission, quality, and story to users, which is causing three significant problems:

To address these issues, Hoa Mai requires a website redesign that creates a seamless user experience and effectively showcases their values and unique qualities.

The solution


I collaborated with UX researchers, a designer, and developers to develop a website that aligns with Hoa Mai's commitment to providing high-quality outcomes for families. Our goal is to increase visitor application rates by 10% within six months of launch through the following strategies.
